Young guns impress in Noosa

The 2013 Cycling Australia Junior Road National Championships wrapped up over the weekend with three NSWIS athletes taking to the podium.

Bradley Heffernan‘s and Josie Talbot‘s silver medals in the men’s and women’s junior criterium events were the standout performances over the weekend, with Talbot adding to her silver with a fifth place in the junior women’s time trial.

Fellow NSWIS athlete Jack Edwards was also in the medal mix after he won bronze in the junior men’s time trial, clocking a time of 24:55.70 be finish 24 seconds from gold.
