Kahlefeldt pipped at the post

NSWIS triathlete Brad Kahlefeldt has finished with a silver medal at the 2012 Mooloolaba Triathlon World Cup over the weekend.

Kahlefeldt finished behind Frenchman Laurent Vidal after a sprint to the finish line, clocking 1:53:23 to miss out on gold and his third straight Mooloolaba title by one second.

Despite the narrow world cup loss, Kahlefeldt clinched his sixth national title by being the first Australian across the line.
